Dobrodošli pri Nona Bed & Breakfast.
Da bi omogočili nemoteno delovanje naše nastanitve, se se od gostov pričakuje, da se strinjajo z našimi splošnimi hišnimi pravili in pogoji, ki so navedeni spodaj:

Gostje bodo prihajali in odhajali, odvisno od narave njihovega bivanja, vsakemu je na voljo koda za vhodna vrata. Prosimo, zagotovite, da po odhodu ali vstopu v stavbo, zaprete vhodna vrata zaradi vaše varnosti in varnosti drugih gostov, ki bivajo v Nona B&B.
Prosimo, pazite, da ne povzročate nepotrebnega hrupa, zlasti v času nočnega miru od 22h - 7h, na primer tuširanje po 23. uri itd.

In order to facilitate the smooth operation of the bed and breakfast, it is understood that the guests accepts our general house rules, terms & conditions set out below:
Guests will come and go depending on the nature of their stay, front door code is provided, please ensure that you close the front door after you leave or enter the building for your security and the security of other guests staying at Nona B&B.

Please be mindful not to make undue noise, especially during sleeping hours from 10pm - 7am, for example showering past 11pm etc.

Čas prijave je od 16h do 20h (izven tega časa le po vnaprejšnjem dogovoru). Ker ne nudimo 24-urne recepcije, vas vljudno prosimo, da nam sporočite čimbolj točen čas prihoda.
Čas odjave je najpozneje do 10h (izven tega časa le po vnaprejšnjem dogovoru).

Pridržujemo si pravico, da kadarkoli spremenimo naše cene kar ne vpliva na že opravljene rezervacije.
Ob predaji ključev vam bomo z veseljem pokazali sobo in skupne prostore ter vam posredovali vse informacije, ki jih potrebujete, da vam zagotovimo prijetno bivanje. Ob prihodu mora vsak gost, tudi mladoletni, predložiti veljaven osebni dokument (brez fotokopij).

Zajtrk je na voljo za doplačilo in ga postrežemo med 8:30 in 9:30 v skupni jedilnici. Če želite zgodnejši zajtrk, nam to sporočite in z veseljem se vam bomo prilagodili.

Check-in time is from 4pm to 8pm (different times have to be agreed upon in advance). We do not offer a 24h reception service. We therefore kindly ask you to let us know the exact arrival time.
Check-out time is not later than 10am (different times have to be agreed upon in advance).
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This does not affect bookings already made.
When handing you the keys, it will be our pleasure to show you the room and the shared areas, as well as providing you with all the information you need to ensure you a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, each guest, including minors, will have to present a valid identity document (no photocopies).

Breakfast is optional and is served from 8:30am to 9:30am in the shared dining room. If you need to leave early please let us know and we will be happy to adjust it. For a full list of the included amenities, please refer to the "Amenities" page.

We love animals, however we are not equipped to accommodate them in our facility.
It is strictly forbidden to light fires, candles or incense inside the rooms or in the shared spaces of the structure (dining room and stairs).
Smoking is strictly forbidden in both rooms and shared areas (dining room and staircase). Smoking is permitted outside the house, please use the ashtrays provided.

It is not allowed to organise parties or events in the facility.

Izgubljena lastnina
Z veseljem vam vrnemo predmete, ki ste jih pozabili ob odhodu, vendar bo za kritje poštnine in pakiranja zaračunan minimalni znesek 5,00 €.

Politika odpovedi
Nona B&B si pridržuje pravico, da po lastni presoji brez predhodnega obvestila prekine bivanje posameznika, zaradi nesprejemljivega vedenja ali kot posledica dejanj, ki bi lahko ogrozila oz. žalila druge (upoštevajte, da lahko do odpovedi pride zaradi neupoštevanja naše politike o kajenju). V takih okoliščinah mora biti poravnan vsak neplačani račun, vračila ne bodo izvedena.

Škoda in izguba
Vsi gostje so odgovorni za kakršno koli izgubo, škodo ali osebne poškodbe, ki jih lahko povzročijo v nastanitvi ali na njeni opremi. Običajno ne zaračunavamo manjših poškodb, vendar si pridržujemo pravico, da zaračunamo popravilo ali nadomestilo, če je škoda znatna. Ne moremo sprejeti odgovornosti za vaše izgube v prostorih ali na parkirišču. Poskrbite, da boste zaklenili svojo sobo, vhodna vrata in vaš avto.

Prosimo ne pozabite, da smo nastanitev v družinski lasti in NE hotel. Prizadevamo si preseči pričakovanja gostov in upamo, da boste imeli udobno bivanje.

Lost Property
We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a minimum charge of €5.00 to cover postage and packaging.

Termination Policy
Nona B&B reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behavior or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (please note that non compliance of our non smoking policy may constitute termination). In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.

Damage & loss
All guests are liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur at Nona B&B. You liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant. We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or in the car parking. Please ensure that you lock your bedroom, the front door and your car.

Please remember we are a family owned accommodation and NOT a hotel. We will always strive to exceed guests expectations and hope you have a comfortable stay.
